Will Goexch close a duplicate account?

Yes. Each player can hold one ID, in their own name, and we can close duplicate accounts. If you've lost access to yours, ask support to recover it instead of opening a new one.

Can someone else use my Goexch ID?

No. Your ID is personal. Letting someone else use it, or betting on someone else's behalf, breaks these guidelines.

What happens if I break the community guidelines?

It depends on the breach. A minor issue usually gets a warning, repeated issues can lead to a temporary restriction, and fraud or collusion can lead to permanent closure.

How do I report another player or an impersonator?

Message our official WhatsApp line with a description and screenshots. We review every report.

How long do I have to dispute a settlement?

Raise it within 7 days, in your WhatsApp chat with your account manager.

What are the Goexch rules of conduct?

18+ only

Only adults aged 18 and over can hold a Goexch ID.

No extra accounts, collusion, syndicate betting or exploiting obvious pricing errors.

01About these guidelines

These guidelines set out how we expect players to behave on Goexch, in WhatsApp chats with account managers and in our community channels. Breaking them can lead to your ID being restricted or closed.

They sit alongside two other documents. The terms and conditions cover the legal conditions of use, and the betting rules cover how markets settle. This page is about conduct.

02Who can hold a Goexch ID

You must be 18 or over, and you can hold one ID, registered in your own name. Your ID is personal. Don't let anyone else use it, and don't bet on someone else's behalf.

Deposits and withdrawals must go through a bank or UPI account in your name. Moving money through someone else's account breaks these guidelines.

03How to treat account managers

Your account manager handles your ID, deposits and withdrawals in person, so how you behave in the WhatsApp chat matters. We don't accept abusive language, threats or repeated harassment towards our team, even when you are frustrated about a delay.

If you disagree with a decision, explain why in the chat and ask for a review. Raise a dispute about how a bet settled within 7 days.

04Fair play

These are not allowed:

Multiple IDs: Holding or using more than one Goexch ID.
Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate markets or bonuses, including syndicate betting.
Pricing errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a price that is obviously wrong.

A bet placed at a clearly wrong price may be settled at the correct market rate under the betting rules. Bets linked to fraud or collusion may be voided.

05Conduct in community channels

In our Telegram and Instagram channels, and in any other Goexch community group:

No spam or ads: Don't post spam, links to other betting sites or promotional material.
No personal details: Don't share another player's name, number or account details.
No harmful content: Don't post anything abusive, hateful or illegal.

Tips shared in community channels are other people's opinions, and nobody can guarantee a result. Make your own decisions, and only bet what you can afford to lose.

06What happens if a guideline is broken

What we do depends on how serious the breach is:

Minor first breach: Rude language and similar issues usually get a warning.
Repeated or serious: Can lead to a temporary restriction on your ID.
Fraud or collusion: Fraud, multiple accounts or collusion can lead to permanent closure and voided bets, as the terms set out.

If your ID has been restricted, message your account manager to find out why and what you need to do to restore it.

07How to report a problem

Message our official WhatsApp line with a short description and any screenshots. Report anyone who:

Harasses you: In a community channel or anywhere else on Goexch.
Pretends to be us: Claims to be Goexch from a number that isn't our official one.
Asks for secrets: Asks for your password, a PIN or an OTP. Goexch never will.

If you want a break from betting, ask for a deposit limit or self-exclusion at any time.
