01About this policy
KYC means "know your customer". It is how Goexch confirms that the person behind an ID is who they say they are. This policy explains when we verify, what we check and how we look after the details you send.
Verification protects you and other players. It stops anyone else from cashing out your balance, keeps under-18s off the platform and makes fraud and duplicate accounts harder.
02When we verify your identity
- At sign-up
- We confirm your mobile number with an OTP. No identity document is needed to open an ID.
- First withdrawal
- KYC must be complete before we process your first withdrawal.
- Password resets
- Support confirms it's really you before resetting a password.
- Unusual activity
- If an account shows unusual activity, we may ask you to confirm your identity again.
03What we check
- Your identity
- That the name on your Goexch ID is your real name.
- Your age
- That you are 18 or over.
- Your bank or UPI account
- That the account you want withdrawals paid into is in the same name as your ID.
Your account manager tells you exactly what to send and how. We never ask for your password, UPI PIN, bank PIN or an OTP as part of KYC, so don't send them to anyone.
04How to complete KYC
Message your account manager on WhatsApp from your registered number, or wait for them to contact you when you request your first withdrawal. Send the details they ask for in that same chat. Support is open 24/7, so you can start at any hour.
Only send KYC details in your existing chat with Goexch. If someone contacts you from a new number asking for documents, report it to support.
05Partner platforms
When you open a partner platform such as Laser247 or 11xPlay from your Goexch login, your KYC and balance carry over. There is no second check and no second account.
06If verification is delayed or fails
The most common reasons a withdrawal waits on KYC are missing details and a bank account in a different name. Your account manager tells you what is missing so you can fix it.
Using someone else's identity or bank account, or verifying more than one ID, breaks our terms. It can lead to the account being restricted or closed.
07How we handle your KYC details
We use your KYC details only to verify your account, protect it and meet legal obligations. Only the account managers and staff who run your account can see them, and we never sell them.
After your ID is closed, we keep only what we need to prevent fraud and repeat registrations and to meet the law, and then delete it. The privacy policy explains your rights to see, correct or delete your data.
08Questions and appeals
Ask support on WhatsApp about any part of the process. If you disagree with a KYC decision, write to support within 30 days and we will review it.
