How do I deposit on Goexch?

Use your ID and password. If you don't have an ID yet, request one first.

Keep the UTR until the money shows
Save the UTR and a screenshot of the payment. If your balance hasn't changed after a few minutes, send both to support with your Goexch ID.

How do I keep my deposit safe?

Fake agents send their own UPI IDs and QR codes and push people to pay quickly. If a payment didn't start in your Wallet, it isn't a Goexch deposit.

Pay into a UPI ID, QR code or bank account someone sends you in a chat
Pay from an account that isn't in your name
Share your UPI PIN, OTP or password with anyone, including someone who says they're from Goexch
Pay again while the first payment is still pending

How do I deposit money on Goexch?

Deposit issues

Can I deposit using someone else's UPI ID?

No. Deposits have to come from a bank or UPI account in your own name, because your withdrawals go back to an account in that same name. A payment from someone else's account is held for review.

KYC policy

My payment failed or is stuck on pending. What should I do?

If your UPI app shows it as failed, no money was taken and you can try again. If it's pending, don't pay a second time. Most pending payments complete or reverse on their own. If the money left your account but your balance hasn't changed, send support the UTR.

Do I need KYC to deposit?

No. You can deposit without documents. KYC happens before your first withdrawal.

Will Goexch send me UPI details to pay?

No. You deposit through the Wallet in your account. If anyone sends you a UPI ID, QR code or bank account in a chat, don't pay it, and report it to support.
