Usually a security lock after too many wrong passwords or unusual activity. Other causes are a duplicate account, a rules review or a self-exclusion you asked for.

No. Each person can hold one verified ID, and duplicate accounts are suspended.

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, take a cool-off break, turn on session reminders or exclude yourself for a set time or for good. Ask your account manager for any of them.
