Goexch withdrawal taking too long?

Most Goexch withdrawals are processed within a few hours. When one takes longer, it's usually waiting on KYC for a first payout, held because the bank details don't match your name, or slowed by a bank holiday. Here's how to find the cause and get it moving.

What happens after you request a withdrawal?

Every payout goes through these four stages. Knowing which one yours is at tells you what's holding it up.

    You choose Withdraw in the Wallet, enter your bank or UPI details and the amount.

  2. Stage 2

    KYC check

    First withdrawal only. We confirm you're 18 or over and that the account is in your name.

  3. Stage 3

    Processed

    Most withdrawals reach this stage within a few hours. It can't be cancelled after this point.

  4. Stage 4

    In your bank

    Your bank credits the payment. Bank holidays and bank-side checks can add time here.

Why is my Goexch withdrawal delayed?

These are the usual reasons a payout is held. Each card says what to do about it.

KYC isn't finished

Your first withdrawal waits until verification is complete. Your account manager tells you what's missing.

KYC policy

Account in a different name

Payouts only go to a bank or UPI account in the same name as your verified ID. Add one that matches.

A typo in your bank details

A wrong account number, IFSC code or UPI ID makes the transfer fail. Check each one against your passbook or bank app.

Bonus wagering not finished

If you took a bonus, its playthrough requirement may need to be met before you can withdraw.

Banks don't move money the same way on holidays, so a payout processed on one may only land once the holiday is over.

Who's really asking you to pay to get your money?

Scammers target people waiting on a payout. They pose as staff and ask for a fee or a code to "release" the money.

Never

  • Pay a "release", "tax" or "unlock" fee to anyone to get your withdrawal
  • Share your UPI PIN, bank PIN, password or an OTP. KYC never needs them
  • Send KYC documents to a new number that contacts you first
  • Give your bank login to someone who offers to speed things up

Always

  • Request withdrawals from the Wallet in your own account
  • Send KYC details only in your existing chat with Goexch
  • Keep a screenshot of the withdrawal request
  • Report any payment demand to support straight away

When should I chase a withdrawal that hasn't arrived?

Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours. If yours has been pending longer than that, and a bank holiday doesn't explain it, message support with your Goexch ID and the time you requested it. Your first withdrawal also waits on a KYC check.

Why is my Goexch withdrawal still pending?

The usual reasons are KYC that isn't finished, a bank or UPI account in a different name, a typo in your bank details or a bonus with wagering still to complete. Message support with your Goexch ID and they'll tell you which one it is.

Can I cancel a delayed withdrawal and request it again?

Yes, as long as it's still pending. Ask your account manager to cancel it and the amount goes back to your Goexch balance, then you can request it again, for example to a different account in your name. Once a withdrawal has been processed, it can't be cancelled.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

Most rejections come from bank details that don't match your name or contain a typo, or from a bonus whose wagering isn't finished. Support will tell you the reason so you can fix it and request again.

Do I need KYC for every withdrawal?

No. KYC is needed once, before your first withdrawal. After that, later withdrawals don't need verifying again.

Someone asked me to pay a fee to release my withdrawal. Is that real?

Treat it as a scam. Don't pay, don't share any codes, and report the message to support through the channels listed on this site.
