Goexch terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of Goexch, including opening and running your Goexch ID. They apply to every account created through our official WhatsApp channels, and using Goexch means you agree to them.

The privacy policy, KYC policy, refund policy, betting rules and responsible gaming policy form part of these terms. If anything is unclear, ask support on WhatsApp before you play.

You must be 18 or over to open a Goexch ID. We check your age when we create it, and we close any account that we find belongs to someone younger.

Rules on online betting differ between Indian states. Check that betting is allowed where you live before you play.

Each person can hold one verified ID. We suspend duplicate accounts, because they are used to abuse bonuses and they distort the odds for other players.

Keep your password and OTPs private. Bets placed from your ID are your responsibility, so tell support straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Deposits

Pay only through the Wallet in your account, from a bank or UPI account in your name. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.

Withdrawals

We pay withdrawals only into a bank or UPI account in your name. KYC must be complete before your first withdrawal.

Payment errors

Duplicate or failed deposits are reviewed and refunded once we have verified the payment.

Money laundering checks

We review high-value transactions as part of our anti-money laundering checks.

Every market settles on the official result of the event, and void rules apply when an event is abandoned. We don't change results after the fact. The betting rules set out how each type of market settles.

We run fraud checks on every sports market and casino game. These are not allowed:

Multiple accounts

Opening or using more than one Goexch ID, or using someone else's.

Syndicate betting

Working with other players to place coordinated bets.

Bonus abuse

Using extra accounts or set-up bets to claim an offer more than once.

Fraud

Using payment details or identity documents that aren't yours.

It depends on the breach. We may restrict your account, cancel winnings gained through the breach or close the account permanently. A member of our team reviews a flagged account before any block stays in place.

Raise any dispute with WhatsApp support, which is open 24/7. We review each case by hand, using the transaction logs and the official result data.

If you disagree with the outcome, write to support within 30 days of the decision and we will review it again.

Deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are available from support on request. Betting carries financial risk, so only play with money you can afford to lose.

We review these terms every year and whenever the regulations that apply to us change. Active account holders hear about significant changes on WhatsApp, and the effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
