We built Goexch for players who want quick answers about their money. A new ID, a stuck deposit or a withdrawal question goes to a member of our team on WhatsApp or live chat, and chat replies usually come within five minutes.
How we run things
We create your Goexch ID within minutes of a short verification check. The same login works for every sport and every casino table.
Deposit with UPI or bank transfer. Most deposits reach your wallet in a few minutes, and you can ask for a withdrawal whenever you like.
Support runs around the clock on WhatsApp and live chat, in English and Hindi. Chat replies usually arrive in under five minutes.
We run KYC before a first withdrawal so nobody else can cash out your balance. Password resets go through support once we have confirmed it's you.
Markets settle on official results, and the void rules for abandoned events are on our Betting Rules page. Every bonus shows its wagering requirement before you opt in.
Deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are available whenever you ask. Goexch is open to adults aged 18 and over.

Goexch is built for checking odds mid-match on a phone. It runs in any mobile browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
