Teen Patti
How do you play Teen Patti?
The dealer deals two hands of three cards, usually called Player A and Player B, and you bet on the one that will rank higher. The cards are turned over and the higher hand wins. Both main bets pay close to even money, and the table shows the exact odds.
In sequences, A-K-Q is the highest and most versions rank A-2-3 second. When both hands are the same type, the one with the higher cards wins.
Teen Patti hand rankings, highest to lowest
- 1
Trail (Set)
Three cards of the same rank. A-A-A is the best hand in the game.
- 2
Pure sequence (Straight flush)
Three cards in order, all of the same suit.
- 3
Sequence (Run)
Three cards in order, in mixed suits.
- 4
Color (Flush)
Three cards of the same suit that aren't in order.
- 5
Pair (Double)
Two cards of the same rank.
- 6
High card (No hand)
None of the above. The highest single card decides.
Muflis Teen Patti
How is Muflis different from Teen Patti?
Muflis deals the same way and uses the same hand types as Teen Patti, but the ranking is flipped and the lowest hand wins. Low cards in mixed suits that don't make a sequence, such as 2-3-5, are the best Muflis hand, and a trail is the worst.
Betting works exactly as it does in Teen Patti.
Andar Bahar
How does Andar Bahar work?
The dealer places one card face up in the middle. This is the joker. Cards then go one at a time to Andar (inside) and Bahar (outside), alternating, until a card of the joker's rank appears. The side it lands on wins.
You choose Andar or Bahar before the dealing starts. The two sides win about equally often, so both pay close to even money. The side dealt the first card has a slight edge and usually pays a little less. The table shows the exact payouts.
- 1
Joker turned up
The dealer places one card face up in the middle.
- 2
Bets go in
You choose Andar or Bahar before any more cards are dealt.
- 3
Cards alternate
One card at a time goes to Andar, then Bahar, then Andar again.
- 4
A match ends it
The first card with the joker's rank wins the round for its side.
Dragon Tiger
How do you play Dragon Tiger?
One card goes to Dragon and one to Tiger, and the higher card wins. Aces count low, kings high, and suits don't matter. You can bet on Dragon, Tiger or a Tie.
Dragon and Tiger pay close to even money. A tie comes up far less often, so the Tie bet pays much more. On a tie, Dragon and Tiger bets usually lose half the stake. That varies by table, so check its rules before you bet.
Lucky 7
How does Lucky 7 work?
One card is drawn and you bet on whether it's low (Ace to 6), high (8 to King) or exactly 7. With a standard 52-card deck, low and high each come up about 46% of the time and a 7 about 8% of the time.
Low and high pay close to even money, and both lose when a 7 is drawn. The 7 bet wins far less often, so it pays much more.
- Low (A to 6)
- ~46%
- 24 of 52 cards
- Seven (Exactly 7)
- ~8%
- 4 of 52 cards
- High (8 to K)
- ~46%
- 24 of 52 cards
32 Cards
How do you play 32 Cards?
32 Cards uses a 32-card deck: the 6s through the kings of each suit. Four players, numbered 8, 9, 10 and 11, start with that many points. Each draws one card and adds its value to their starting points. Cards 6 to 10 count at face value, a jack is 11, a queen 12 and a king 13. The highest total wins, and tied players draw again until one is ahead.
You bet on which player wins. Player 11 starts highest, so it wins most often and pays the least. Player 8 wins least often and pays the most.
Player 8
8 pts
Wins least often, pays the most
Player 9
9 pts
Starts one point ahead of Player 8
Player 10
10 pts
Starts one point behind Player 11
Player 11

Before you play
All of these are games of chance. Past results don't change the next card, and every bet carries a small built-in margin, so the table comes out ahead over time. Decide your stake and a limit before you sit down, and stop when you reach it.
