01Who we are
Goexch ("we", "us") runs this website and provides betting accounts, called Goexch IDs, which our account managers open and manage on WhatsApp. This policy covers the website and that WhatsApp account service.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), Goexch is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. To ask about this policy, message WhatsApp support or use the details on our contact page.
02What personal data we collect
- Data you give us
- Your full name and mobile number when you ask for an ID, the messages and screenshots you send us on WhatsApp, payment confirmations with their UTR or reference numbers, and the bank account or UPI details you want withdrawals paid into.
- Verification data
- The identity details we check before your first withdrawal. Our KYC policy explains what we ask for.
- Account data
- Your Goexch ID username, balance, deposits, withdrawals, bets and bet history, plus any limits or self-exclusion you ask us to apply.
- Website data
- When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We never ask for your UPI PIN, bank PIN, one-time passwords or account password. Don't send them to anyone, including someone who says they work for Goexch.
03Why we use your data, and our legal basis
- Running your account
- Checking your name and mobile number, creating your ID and sending you your login.
- Payments
- Matching deposits to your ID and paying withdrawals only into an account in your name.
- Support
- Answering questions, restoring access, settling disputes and applying any limits or self-exclusion you ask for.
- Safety
- Preventing fraud, duplicate accounts and misuse, and protecting the website.
- Legal obligations
- Keeping records and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
Under the DPDP Act we rely on your consent, which you give when you contact us for an account or use the website, or on a legitimate use the Act allows. That includes data you chose to give us for a specific purpose and processing the law requires.
06How long we keep your data
We keep your account data while your Goexch ID is open. Once it is closed, we keep only what we need to settle disputes, prevent fraud and repeat registrations, and meet legal obligations, and only for as long as those reasons last. Then we delete it.
07How we protect your data
The website is served over HTTPS, and account conversations happen on WhatsApp, which encrypts messages end to end. Only the account managers and staff who run your account can see your account data. We only ever send deposit details in your existing chat, never from a new number.
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the DPDP Act requires.
08Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with.
- Correction and erasure
- Have wrong or incomplete data fixed, and have data we no longer need deleted.
- Withdraw consent
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't undo processing we have already done, and we may have to close your account if we can no longer use the data needed to run it.
- Grievance redressal
- Complain to us about how we handle your data.
- Nomination
- Name another person to use your rights if you die or can no longer use them yourself.
To use any of these rights, message WhatsApp support. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
09Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, message support with "Privacy grievance" at the start and include your registered mobile number. We will acknowledge it and reply within the time the law requires. If our reply doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10Children
Goexch is only for adults aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete their data, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
11Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or the law change, and the effective date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders on WhatsApp.
