Goexch login not working? Common problems and solutions

A session that won't open. You enter your Goexch ID and password, and you get an error, a spinner that never stops or a lock message. Your Wallet and markets sit behind that login, unchanged.

Control of one Goexch ID: your password, your registered number, your Wallet and your history. The website and app share it. If one browser works and another doesn't, your ID is fine, so clear the one that fails. Paying a chat for a backup login creates a second ID, which breaks the rules.

• A typo or copied space in the ID or password. Type both by hand.
• An old password saved in the browser after a reset. Delete it and type the new one.
• A lock after too many wrong attempts. Support lifts it after verifying you.
• A copycat site that looks like Goexch. Leave it and use this domain.
• A stuck cache or old session. Try a private window or another browser.
• A VPN or patchy network. Turn the VPN off and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data once.

Don't keep retrying until the account locks, and don't give your password to a chat offering to restore access. Don't install a Pro APK or pay a personal UPI to unlock your login. Support resets accounts from its side and never needs remote access to your phone.

Goexch is 18+ only. A working login gets you into your account, but it doesn't promise that a particular market is open that night.
