Goexch withdrawals: the account and settlement process

Only settled money in your Wallet can be withdrawn. Money in an open bet or live market isn't available yet, and bonus money with unfinished wagering is held back too. Check My Bets first.

• Payouts go to a bank or UPI account in your own name.
• If your bank details have changed, sort that out with support before you request a withdrawal.
• A name that doesn't match your Goexch ID is the most common reason a payout is held.
• Using one payout account makes any delay quicker to trace.

Settlement is when a bet's result is applied to your Wallet. Sports markets settle on the official result, and casino rounds settle on the result dealt on the stream. Once a market settles, any win is credited and can be withdrawn. A suspended or open market hasn't settled.

• The request moves from your Wallet into processing.
• Your first withdrawal waits for KYC. After that, most are processed within a few hours.
• You can check the status in the Wallet.
• If it's taking longer than usual, message support with your Goexch ID and the amount rather than sending a second request.

Most delays come from the account rather than the amount: KYC on a first payout, a name that doesn't match, a closed or changed UPI ID, a bank holiday, or a request made before the bet settled. The withdrawal delays page explains each one. Sending the same request twice only makes it harder to trace.
