Goexch deposit guide: understanding UPI deposits

It's a credit to your Goexch Wallet. You log in, open Wallet, pay the amount shown and wait for the balance to update. The same balance funds sports and the casino.

UPI is the usual way to deposit in India, and bank transfer works too. A personal VPA pasted in WhatsApp isn't your Wallet, and paying it is how money disappears.

Your UPI app sends the payment, and Goexch matches it to your ID, often using the UTR on your receipt. A different amount from the one on screen can stall matching. Paying twice because the first still says pending leaves both waiting to be traced.

1. 01Log in to your Goexch ID.
2. 02Open Wallet and choose UPI.
3. 03Pay the exact amount from your UPI app, screenshot the receipt and copy the UTR.
4. 04Enter the UTR if asked, and wait on the screen until the credit shows.
5. 05If it stays pending, send the UTR and screenshot to support. A manual check starts within 2 hours. Don't pay again.

• The deposit goes to the ID you're logged into. Pay from your own account, because withdrawals must match your name.
• Pending isn't lost. It's waiting to be matched, and the UTR is how support finds it.
• If you want the welcome bonus, choose it before your first deposit.
